Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

All bonuses and promotional offers on xe88 are subject to the following general terms. Separate terms may apply for specific promotions.

Welcome bonus: New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• ৳10,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000 (bonus cap is ৳8,000).

Wagering requirement: To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus earnings.

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; they will be cancelled upon expiry.
• There may be restrictions on certain games or categories when placing bets with bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.

To maintain an honest and fair gaming environment on xe88, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of manipulation, hacking, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Operating multiple accounts or using other people's accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain fraudulent advantage.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical weaknesses of the platform.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, xe88 may suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit associated funds without prior warning.

• Processing delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Financial loss resulting from betting or gaming decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xe88 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

xe88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Being found to be under the required age limit.
• Extended periods of inactivity (as per applicable law).

Users may also close their account at any time by submitting a request to [email protected]. Valid funds will be returned before account closure, unless forfeiture is required due to a breach of these Terms.

xe88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. On your first login after a change, you will be asked to review the new terms. Continuing to use the service means accepting the updated terms.

• For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or account notification.
• If you do not wish to continue using the service after a change, you may close your account without conditions.
• For any disputes or issues relating to these Terms, please first try to resolve them through our support team.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to remain in effect.
